Dear Michigan Workers,
As the son of a teacher, and someone who appreciates 8-hour workdays, weekends, benefits, and everything fought for by unions over many decades, I hope the labor movement in this country continues to stay inspired. Don’t let these corporate-bought politicians take your rights; don’t let them disrespect the essential work you do day in and day out. Stay strong, and keep fighting for what you know in your heart is right.
As a songwriter, this is the best way for me to express my thoughts on this. I hope these songs/videos make you feel proud, and perhaps sleep a little better at night. Thank you for all you do!
